Floor images

Floors can be customized not only in Room layout and Tile structure, but also through adding a customized Floor icon and header image:

  • Floor Icon: Floor icons help users quickly and intuitively navigate Filo while also giving a customized look and feel to your Campus. To change the Floor icon, click on the pencil icon within the Floor header section. In the Edit Floor screen, click "Add Icon" and upload your image. When finished, be sure to click "Save Floor" at the bottom of the screen.

  • Floor Header Image: Floor header images give a customized look and brand to your Campus. Header images are similar to those of LinkedIn or Twitter. To change the Floor icon, click on the pencil icon within the Floor header section. In the "Edit Floor" screen, navigate to the "Select Floor Features" tab and upload your image. We recommend an image that is 632 x 274 px. When finished, be sure to click "Save Floor" at the bottom of the screen.

Room images

Rooms provide two ways of customizing branding of a room: Empty Room Icons and Room Icons:

  • Empty Room Icon: Empty room icons display on the room Tile when a Zoom meeting is not taking place within the room. The image is replaced if a Zoom meeting is taking place within the Room. These icons provide easy navigation to users while also providing a great branding opportunity for facilitators, partners, or teams.

To change the empty room icon, click the pencil icon at the top of a room view. Alternatively you can click the ellipsis on a room Tile, and select Edit Room to view the Edit Room screen. On the Edit Room screen, navigate to the "Select Room Feature" tab and upload your image (recommended size is 100px x 300px). Be sure and click "Save Room" at the bottom of the screen for your changes to take effect.

  • Room Icon: Room icons are small icons or logos that display to the left of the Room Name. These icons provide more intuitive navigation and some limited branding when conversations are taking place within a room and the empty room icon is not visible.

To change the room icon, click the pencil icon at the top of a room view. Alternatively you can click the ellipsis on a room Tile, and select Edit Room to view the Edit Room screen. On the Edit Room screen, click Add or Change Room Icon and upload your image - or drag and drop your image into the circle. Be sure and click "Save Room" at the bottom of the screen for your changes to take effect.

Campus branding

Campus' are the overall account that includes all of your Floors and Rooms. Campus' provide a few ways to customize branding: Campus Icon, Campus color, and Button color.

  • Campus Icon: Campus icons display on the top left of the screen and serve as the primary logo for your Campus while users are in Filo and also when they switch between Campus' they are members of. This icon will also be included in the outgoing email invitation should you chose to use that when adding new members to your Campus.

Campus Icons are changed in the Campus Settings screen. To change the icon, click on the ellipsis in the upper left hand corner by your Campus name, then click "Campus settings".

Select Add Campus Icon and upload your image. Be sure and click "Update" at the top of the screen for your setting to take effect.
