Requirements for the Filo + Zoom integration:
In order to use the Filo + Zoom integration, you will need the following:
Active Filo account. (If you have not been invited to an account, contact us about joining as an trial user)
Active Zoom account. (If you do not already have a Zoom account, you can sign up for one here. All Zoom plans can leverage Filo. However, recording capabilities are only available through Zoom paid plans.

Authenticate and Enable the Zoom integration
When you login to Filo for the first time, you will notice a blue icon on your profile in the top right of the screen. Click on your profile image and you be prompted to Authenticate with Zoom. Click "Authenticate With Zoom" to continue:
2. If not already logged into Zoom, please authenticate using your Zoom credentials.
Once logged in to Zoom, click "Authorize" to enable the integration.
NOTE: If your organization requires marketplace apps to be pre-approved before installing, you might need to "Request pre-approval." Click the request button, and an email will be sent to your Zoom administrator. We also recommend reaching out to your Zoom administrators directly requesting the approval. After pre-approval is done, it is no longer required for others within your organization.
3. That's it! If successfully authorized, you will be returned to your Filo account.
Benefits of the Filo Zoom marketplace application
The Filo Zoom marketplace app enhances the Filo experience in a number of ways:
Accurate presence: With the integration, Filo can accurately represent the users presence within Zoom meetings. By installing the marketplace app, users and facilitators can see in real time which rooms and meetings you are participating in, guide you through programs or workshops, and can quickly join or participate in the discussions you are in. Without installing the app, you will display as a guest inside of the room rather than as a Filo user.
(admin only) Use your Zoom account to power room meetings: With the integration, users can use their own Zoom licenses to power meetings within Filo rooms themselves. A user can configure a room to be their own collaboration space or office, and accurately represent meeting attendance to others within the Filo domain.
Uninstall the Zoom Integration for Filo
To uninstall the Filo integration with Zoom follow these steps:
Go to the Zoom App Marketplace page.
Sign into your Zoom account in the upper right corner of the page. If you are already signed in, skip this step.
Click Manage in the upper right corner.
Click on Installed Apps on the left.
Scroll or search for Filo and click Uninstall.
NOTE: You may also easily uninstall the Zoom app in your Filo user profile section under by clicking "UNINSTALL" next to the Zoom install app.
